Question

Hi, a customer of ours has a VRT014 or a VRT012 (gate control unit), the unit is hard to remove so I cant see which version it is.

I have tried to connect to it with RSC (v.1.0.0.24) over rs232 without succeeding. I've read in the manual that there might be an other version of RSC but I cant find it for download anywhere. Is there someone that have any pointers in some direction?

Hi,

In this case, you will need to know which device exactly your customer uses as RSC for these both devices is different.

For VRT012 use v 1.0.0.18 and cable:

 

And for VRT014 use RSC v.1.0.0.24 and the cable above.
