I can't activate the second SIM card on our RUTX11?

Can you help me?

Thank you very much!

Hi,

  • Have you selected SIM2 as your default SIM?
  • Do you use the SIM1 slot for another SIM at this moment?
  • Have you restarted the modem after you switched the SIM into the SIM2 slot?

Hi,

i have 2 Sim-Cards in the Router. Both Vodafone. I want to bundle the Channels.

RUTX11 does not support both active SIM cards as it has only one modem that can operate with one SIM only. For this case you would need RUTX12 which has two modems.

Does the second antenna have to be installed? What is the advantage of the second antenna?

It's enough to have a MAIN antenna connected, but if you want a performance boost of download speeds using your modem - attach an AUX antenna too.
