Hello,
You only need to insert sim card to the RUT240 and then configure the setup wizard via Web UI. Then it would be automatically connecting to the internet to the T-Mobile Network if you configured it according to your ISP provider if there is no Pin or custom APN required. Let say you are using T-Mobile Normal Data sim cards I think it will be automatic :).

So i got it to connect to the t mobile lte network, the first day it was showing download speeds of up to 20mps then after a day, went to .5mps and i dont know whats wrong. Upload speed stays around 10 or 15mps

Also are you connecting RUT240 to another router??

Hello,
Maybe you are using the same IP addresses on the Google wifi that is causing the issue. Make sure you are using different IP subnets on the RUT240 and the google wifi points.

Jerome. I work for T-Mobile we are having difficulty getting a Rut240 to connect to our network for a client. Have on 50GB mobile internet data plan. Sim is active. But device won’t connect to network tower. We have APN set to auto. Any suggestions ?
