RUT240 dyndns functions error, reporting false (127.0.0.1) IP instead of the WAN IP (from the Mobile Network Provider).

Restart of the dyndns service solve the problem.

After a few hour the problem is repeating.

Do you have any idea how can we solve the problem ?

Fw version RUT2XX_R_00.01.11.3

Hi,

Please update your RUT240 to the latest firmware version and try resetting the device to factory default settings.
