I have a problem with my new RUTX12. The second sim doesn't work. The three leds of the GSM power signal are blinking continuously and the menu pages didn't show the configuration parameters of the sim2.

Hi,

It's unfortunate that you encountered such an issue.

Could you please try these options below:

1. Reset your router to factory defaults.

2. Try other SIM in that slot.

3. Make sure antennas for that modem are screwed in tightly.

4. Update your firmware to the latest version.
