A user within my team has created their own RMS account and now I cannot invite him to our RMS group.

Please advise how this can be deleted?

Hello,

If your user agrees to delete his RMS account and want to be invited by your RMS company, then send me his RMS account details via private message and I will delete his account. After that, he will be able to create an account under your invitation via the same email address.
