I'm struggling with a problem and I hope someone can help me.
We have a Hikvision DVR connected to the Rut240 4g router.
Hikvision provides a service called Hik connect where the DVR connect's to there server and an app on my phone connects to their server.
All works fine but after a few times opening and closing the app the connection is lost with the DVR.
I assume for every time I open the app a new connection is created with the Rut240.
After a few connections loses the 4g connection because of to manny open connections.
Does anyone maybe know what the problem is and how to fix this?
