I hope I haven't missed information somewhere in the forum but I have tried searching.

Is there a way to get "port knocking" to work with the firewall on the RUTX12? Or is there something similar to use?

What I would really like to do is to open and close a port-forward between the RUTX12 and a computer behind it.

eg. knock, knock, knock => port 1432 opened and forwarded to port 1432 on 192.168.1.3  for the IP that did the knocking.

Are you referring to port-forwarding and traffic rule functionality??

You can get more information by visiting these links:

Hope it helps
