It appears that the RMS device details page only shows a single SIM on the Mobile Status box. The device in question definitely has 2 active SIMs. Both with Vodafone, device is on latest firmware too RUTX_R_00.02.05.2

Hello,

RMS has issues with detecting the second active SIM card. You will also notice that data of both SIM cards are calculated under SIM1 in RMS and is added to the total. It is a known issue and is being worked on.
