RUT240 in some SIM providers is not able to get DNS servers from mobile operator.

That affects directly to all devices connected on the local network to not reach the remote server using hostname.

SIMs affected are always working into a VPN.

Hi,

Can you upload your router's Troubleshoot file? It can be downloaded from the router's WebUI, System → Administration → Troubleshoot page. If you havy any confidential info (like phone numbers) in your router's configuration, remove it before you take the Troubleshoot file off the router. (info like passwords is automatically blurred in the Troubleshoot)
