Could you elaborate more on your question? I think you see this error message " Failed to resolve hostname" in the setup wizard step 5(Remote Management System). In that case, it means it cannot access our RMS service hostname. If you have inserted the SIM card it may require you to use manual APN settings to connect to your network operator. To do that navigate Network > Interfaces > Press Edit on your mobile interface > uncheck auto APN settings and enter custom APN phrase that you can find over the internet or contact your operator to provide you with one:
Also, make sure you unlocked your SIM card before using it (enter a correct PIN in Network > Mobile > General settings or other authentication details like PAP or CHAP authentication)
