yesterday, more than 100 of our devices went offline from RMS and are showing red ight on RMS while our licenses are not expired yet.

Is there any Problem in RMS ?

What is suggested here

Hi,

No official statement or issue was delivered to us, but I will check. In the meanwhile, did devices come back online today? If no, please try these options:

1. Unregistering and registering devices back to RMS.

2. Restarting devices with SMS if you're not physically able to reach them.
