Question

I have a RUTX09 that is always on 4G. I want to force it to only be on 3G or only on 2G, but I will need to swap it between 2G, 3G and 4G. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

First of all i want to clarify that Rutx09 doesn't supports 2G.

For swapping between the 3G and 4G you can either keep service mode on auto or if you want to keep it fixed you can select 3G or either 4G.

Thank you for your reply (and apologies for the long delay in my response). If the RutX09 doesn't support 2G, do you know why it has a 2G light on it? And the Teltonika support person I was talking to recommended it when I mentioned I was looking for a 4G, 3G and 2G device?
