Hi all, wanted with my RUT955 install an external root ca to secure the SMS Gateway API, but the device always loads the default root ca. The external root ca is in pem format and it shows in the administration ca root textbox. Any hint? Any additional guide? Many thanks!

Hello,

I've tested this scenario with RUT9XX_R_00.05.00.5 FW version and seems to work correctly.

Perhaps you are forgetting to save the newly uploaded certificate? When you upload the file, you get a pop-up saying the file was uploaded successfully. But that doesn't save the certificate. For that, you have to click the "Save" just below the certificate display field. Once you do so, reboot the router and check if the correct certificate was loaded.

If you need firmwares for RUT9xx, you can find them here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/index.php?title=RUT9xx_Firmware
