Can I set the relay with a simple SMS? I found the command "ioset" in the manual, but no details how to use it.

If outputs cannot be set by SMS: what is the simplest alternative?

Hi,

You will need to create a new rule in SMS utilities on which action is change i/o state. After that choose Relay (3,4,5) inside that rule and it should execute your wanted action with the SMS text that you've created.
