Hello,

Today installed used RUT850. Upgraded latest FW. Mobile state is registered (home); Carrier name; 4G (LTE). Sim card state is SIM (Ready). Bytes received/sent * keeps increasing. Can connect to wi-fi with devices but cannot connect to internet. Data-only SIM works on other devices without problems.

In diagnostics, cannot ping any host or ip. Reset to factory defaults twice.

I can send troubleshooting file.

Please advise.

Hello,

Could you please check what IP address you are getting on WAN ?

Please confirm if you are using both the mobile antennas ?

Could you try inserting a custom APN instead of keeping it on Auto .

Try searching for correct APN for your operator . Also if you keep APN on auto then change it to custom it would itself appear on the field and you can simply save .

There was an issue with the mobile antennas. After confirming both antennas the connection is now working.
