RUT240 Optus Public IP APN not working

Hi,

I have a RUT240 with Optus sim card on business plan with static IP on account. If I put the sim in another basic modem it obtains correct static IP but when I put in RUT240 and enter custom "yesbusinessip" APN it still only gets dynamic private IP. I have tried everything I can from all manuals but nothing works. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello.

What version of firmware are you using? If the firmware version isn't the latest, you can update it here and try again. I also found information that this tariff plan may not work correctly with 4G. Try to choose frequencies bands for working with 3G.
