I lost my USB cable, then i bought a new USB-to-Serial cable, but it seems that the Configurator just couldn't detect the device.

Please help.

Hello,

Could you elaborate more on your issue? First of all, which device we are talking about? Are you sure you bought not faulty USB cable? Please provide specifications of that cable.

I have a brand new FMB920 and FMB003 in hand, both seem doesn't work with the USB cable.

And the cable works with my other devices. please see the following installed driver:

In addition, do Teltonika devices only work with the USB cable provided by Teltonika? Can i use universal USB-to-Serial Cable instead?

No body is answering my questions there. the problem is not a gps problem. i am still not able to use this product properly yet.

Somebody will answer your question I am sure of that. In this forum, we are focused on network devices and most of us have not touched or even seen the FMB devices.
