RUT240 offline since 2021-01-01

Hello, my RUT240 is completely offline  since change of date to 2021-01-01. After I disconnected and reconnected the powersupply the router comes up, but after a few seconds the device is offline again - no possibility to reach the webgui or connect to ssh.

Is there an issue with the date of this year 2021?

Hello.

Use the reset button located on the back panel of the device and try again. I checked and my RUT240 is working properly after 2021-01-01.

I have set the RUT240 to factory reset and configure all settings initial. Connections was fine from clients but now no internet access from any client after few minutes. Mobile connection in Web GUI shows SIM ready and data connection is etablished.

  • Make sure both antennas are connected to the router and the signal strength is sufficient.
  • Also make sure you get the IP address from your ISP.
  • Сheck APN setting on menu Network > Mobile > Mobile Configuration. Try to set correct custom APN.
  • If issue persists download troubleshoot file on menu System > Administration > Troubleshoot and send me via pm.
