I am testing it for 2 weeks now. And this is the third disconnect, every time the same. I have to reboot modem with web-UI button, to make it work again.

SIM card status SIM (Ready)
Bytes received/sent * 4.6 GB / 885.9 MB

(so there is a log entry that data is connected, but the actual status is disconnected)

Have you seen anything like this?

How can I dig deeper?

Yeah I've seen it but unfortunately I can not remember what I did (if I did something) to solve it. I will search my forum-posts to see if I find something. A couple of advices. Make sure antennas are connected to the right ports, make sure the SIM is active and have mobile data enabled (for example, payed or loaded with money) and finally update to the latest firmware.
