RUT24002U000 Fails Verizon BYOD check

I live in North America - USA - I have purchased the RUT24002U000 on the Verizon BYOD site: https://www.verizon.com/sales/byod/devicetype.html

When I check the IMEI it responds with "Unfortunately your device cannot be activated on our network".

The RUT24002U000 is supposed to be certified for the Verizon network.

Please advise.

Hi,

Please send me your serial number of the device via private message. This device needs to be activated in Verizon network.
