Question

Hi,

I have several RUT950, with several SIM card. One of my RUT950 can't connect to mobile network : Operator state Searching.

I have already try :

- other SIM card

- to reset to factory default configuration, but it doesn't work.

Can anybody help me ?

Hi,

Please try these options below:

1. Check if your antennas are screwed in tightly and your signal isn't too poor in your area.

2. After inserting a SIM card, reboot your router and if it still doesn't find the operator - try manually connecting to it.

3. Check if you have updated the router to the latest available firmware. 

4. Check if the same SIM cards you're trying to use work on other devices like your phone or another cellular router.

5. Try reflashing the newest firmware through bootloader menu, this will make sure that your device is reset without any configurations left.
