On our RMS instance we have only one user who is "End User"   - how can we get it to Admin to be able to create more users ?

Hello,

Currently there is no way to change an already existent user's role.

A way to solve this issue would be to delete the end user account, and reinvite the user in question with the Administrator role.

If your RMS Company does not have any users with the Administrator role at all, please send me a private message with your RMS company name. We will try to look further into this issue.
