Question

I setup DDNS with Dyndns but the status always just says N/A.  How do I get it to update or at least tell me why its not even trying to update?  On the latest firmare.

I figured it out.  You have to first make sure you have setup your hostname in your DDNS service and put an active ip entry for the hostname you are using.   I use Dyndns.org so I used their portal to set my ipaddress to that host and then I changed the url to check to http://icanhazip.com/.   For some reason the DDNS scripts first check to make sure your host you select already has an ip.  Once you save it then the status should update.
