Hello,
If RMS prompts that the inserted serial number and MAC address are already taken, that means the device in question is already registered and does not need to be added again.
If your device is offline, you can try these steps to connect it successfully.

Make sure your device has RMS service enabled and Monitoring is enabled (in Services -> Management).

Make sure your device has an internet connection.

Make sure the device's RMS connection type is Enabled. This can be checked in the device's web interface.

Using the device's web interface, in the RMS settings page, press Connect to manually connect your device to RMS.
