We are investigating an issue with Telia carrier in Sweden where connection setup takes long time (60-80secs). When looking into the details it seems like the device is connecting twice. From the log files we can see that 'AT+QCFG="roamservice",2,1' is issued after the first connection. What does this command do and why is it sent only after the device has already tried to connect once before?

Hi,

The command is used to enable or disable the roam service. Might it be the chance that second time connecting you're being connected to roaming operator?
