Does the RUTX09 support SIP ALG and if so, is it enabled in default?

If it does, how do we diable it?

As I know there is no ALG support on Teltonika devices. You should set the external IP in NAT settings of the remote device.

Hi,

No, there's no support for SIP ALG on RUTX09 by default and no SIP Helper packages installed too, so you're safe to assume that you don't need to configure anything.

On RUT9 devices on the other hand you would need to uninstall SIP Helper packages to avoid any problems related to VoIP.
