I have the message below in the logs every few hours:

Jan 18 06:33:57 lgrrutx.lg netifd: mob1s2a1 (8452): error: couldn't get dormancy status: QMI protocol error (74): 'InformationUnavailable'

Should I worry ?

There are many log messages that you shouldn't worry about, they do not affect any of the functionality. Including this.
