Hello.

I want to power the device (RUT950) also from the batteries when the mains power is off, is it possible to send a notification (SMS / email) when the voltage drops below, e.g. 5 VDC

Hello.

Unfortunately not. RUT950 doesn't support this functionality. I also want to note that the input voltage range is 9-30 VDC.
