Question

Hi:

We have been testing this and the IPSec tunnels are up on the wired WAN line working.

We issued a switch_sim sms command and we lost connectivity for about 2 minutes.

WHY? Its running on the WAN link not GPRS, why does this cause a loss of connectivity?

Hi,

Could you mention the device modem you're using and what firmware is installed on it?

Are you switching SIM manually or let the router SIM Switch by itself on defined conditions in WebUI?
