Why is a Phone number required for Mobile Data Limit alerts in RMS? What if we just want the notifications via email and not via SMS?

Hello,

This alert requires a phone number because it sends a Mobile data limit warning configuration to the device. Once the device data limit is reached, sending an email notification would generate extra data that would be over the data limit. Therefore, the device mobile data limit warning configuration is limited to sending SMS.
