We use the TRB142 as an SMS-Server connected with RS232.

We can connect to the TRB142 but the following failure is showing:

2021-01-26 07:09:43.687 : (GSM-Modem) Waiting for further data with received so far:

Login incorrect

Teltonika-TRB142.com

What kind of Login they want? Can I disable this login procedure?

Also this failure is showing up:

2021-01-26 13:47:15.629 : (GSM-Modem) Detecting, no SMS sending allowed

Thanks for help!
Best regards

Hello,

Could you elaborate more about your use case? Could you describe how you connect to TRB and where this log is shown?

Regards.

Connected with RS232 to our windows server.

Log is shown in our sms server program, to send and receive sms and put it automatically in our database.

With our old sms-modem (from an other producer) it worked without problem but the product only supports 2G and we need 3G/4G.

It is hard to say when it looks like a custom made SMS server application, but I think it tries to log in to the router interface via COM port. Whenever you try to access the command-line interface in our devices you need to log in using root username and your password(same that you are using to log in to WebUI). The login step cannot be disabled, you need to adjust your program to input password value.
