Question

Hi All:

RUT950 units in India. Have tried Vodafone and Airtel SIMs, can send out but not receive.

The numbers send the messages are in a management group so it should work.

Any tips on why this might not work?

Hello,

May i know what format for number are you using?

I have tested it on my side with te latest firmware and its working fine for me. 

Could you please check if you have enough text messages on the sender's side?

It works in Singapore as well, but my problem is in India. It does not work reliably.

The dealer upgraded to 7.4 from 7.3. Yesterday I pressed the "check for new FW" button and it said it was up-to-date even though it showed only 7.3.......just goes to show, don't always believe the machines.

Anyhow, we will test more today on 7.4 and I will come back to you.
