Hi

I have an RUT240 using 4G WAN in Bridge Mode.  The internet connection is working fine and all devices on the LAN can access the internet.  However, the RUT240 fails to connect to the RMS.  It will make the initial connection to RMS but after 2 minutes it fails and the RUT240 dashboard shows a "failed to resolve hostname" error.

How can I fix this issue?

Hi,

In bridge mode, your device will be inaccessible in RMS. Please use passthrough mode instead.
