my RUTX09 not hav 4G working because of SIM not ready : When i reboot from interface, same message : Pin required, 3 attemtps left whereas pin is right 0000 on web configuration
When i send AT command,

root@Teltonika-RUTX09:~#  gsmctl -A AT+CPIN=0000
OK
root@Teltonika-RUTX09:~# gsmctl -A AT+CPIN?
+CPIN: READY

SIM status become ready, state connection is registred LTE but data connection is disconnected.

MOB1S1A1 is stopped. Auto APN or apn forced not working.

Have you any idea ?

Everything was working fine yesterday. I can't electrical reboot for the moment, i hav administration web by another internet link

Any idea ? My PIN is 0000 and is set to mobile form. Any idea how to force it ?

Hello,

Could you please check what firmware are you currently using ? It is recommended to use the latest .

Check if you are using the both mobile antennas main and aux.

Please share a troubleshoot file in DM . Make sure device is turned on for 15 minutes before downloading the TF. 

Trouble shoot file could be downloaded System>Administration>Troubleshoot.

yes firmware is latest :

RUTX_R_00.02.06

After electrical rebooting, everything worked again. it look like this bug on RUT950 ?

Now device is working. Do you want troubleshoot now or the next time there is SIM problem ?

Thank you for responding.

For now we cannot say if its a bug with the firmware.

As of now everything is fine and also logs are lost because of reboot.

So, kindly test it more and revert back with a troubleshoot file if issue comes up again.
