We have a several RUT240 with valid RMS credits. When I want to connect to one of the routers using the Web UI I get a timeout message. Same for CLI or for update messages. What can I do to access the router?

The reason why we have RMS is that the DynDNS update of the RUT240 does not work as expected so we need RMS access to restart DynDNS. Without access to the router we are not able to manage our remote systems what is a huge problem for our company.

Could you please send me a private message with your device serial number and RMS company name (or ID)? I would look further into this issue.
