Question

Hello,

I recently purchased a RUT950 US Edition and I must of mishandled the package when I opened it or have misplaced the SIM 1 TRAY.  I am wondering where I can obtain a new one and maybe even get another extra set of both SIM 1 AND SIM 2 TRAYS just to have as a backup.  If someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it much.  I tried to use the contact us on there website but it seems broken for me.

Hi,

Normally our sales managers order these, so for that, you would need to contact the reseller and he will order them through our sales manager.
