I have RUTx12. I use it in load balancing. Today stop to extend internet. It appears failure(expired license)

If my licensed is expired the internet connection drop down?

Hello,

The "Expired license" error happens when your device RMS service expires, and a new RMS credit does not get assigned to your device. The error should not limit your device internet connectivity, but your device will not be able to connect to RMS until you assign a new credit.

I do have a similar problem. Failure (Expired license) but I already bought 12 credits and they are activated in RMS. What can I do?
