Could you please check if you are using both the mobile antennas provided in the box.
Check if you have enough data .
Have you tried using this sim in your phone if its working fine ?
Check if device is getting good signals strength .
Try to keep APN as custom not auto , after keeping it on custom it will itself fill the field you just have to save the configurations don't configure other settings.
Please let me know the results.
