Question

i have set a custom snmp string. however i cannot read from it from either lan or wan.

if i set it to public then theres no problem? bug ?

What device are you using ?

What is the firmware version is it latest ?

What custom string are you using ?

Could you please provide screenshots for the configurations you have done ?

Please provide a troubleshoot file for the device you can download it on System>Administration>Troubleshoot.

custom snmp string is ff-SNMP

i cannot share screenshots or troubleinfo as it is a device on an inside device/closed circuit.
