RUT240 L2TP Client Connecting to Ubiquiti USG-3 L2TP Server

Good Afternoon,

I have a L2TP Server running on a USG-3, my mobile connects via 4G no issues.

When trying to use the RUT240 as a client I get a system log of:

The USG log doesn't show anything.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,

First of all, make sure your firmware is the latest available one.

Then, you could check this configuration example in the wiki, maybe you missed something or misunderstood something when configuring:

Also, if USG log doesn't show anything, probably it doesn't even reach that state where it receives request for connection, maybe something wrong with the public IP address or something is blocking the connetion?
