Question

If I power up the TRB245 the  green LED on LAN port does not light up and I hawe not internet connection. Also on RMS does not show ethernet status! I reboot TRB245 several times, but it does not help. The devise was purchased on 11.2020.

Hi,

Could you please hold reset button on TRB for 5-7 seconds and release it?

This will initiate the factory settings sequence and your device should be fully clean after a few minutes.

If it's still not reachable and LAN port does not react - please return the device to the reseller.
