Hi everyone , I want to make  a vehcile tracking application using teltonika device 

but I don't have a big idea about how it works because it's my first project! I want to know to send data from the device to server and store it in Database Server

Hello, 

For the GPS data, you may refer to this link: RUT955 GPS - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com) 

As you can see our RUT devices that have GNSS functionality is able to send to the server in different types of messages. (AVL, NMEA, and HTTP(S)). So in order for you to save it to your database server, your web server must be able to receive POST messages and save them it to your database server.
