Device has gone offline and now requires a PIN.

We have entered the SIM Pin in mobile configuration but it does not attempt to enter it.

Constantly says 3 attempts remaining, we've tried reconfiguring and rebooting many times with no luck

How can we get it to attempt the pin?

Hello, 

For this kindly try inserting it into a mobile phone try registering it first there and see if it is going to get network connectivity. 

If it is able to get network connectivity. Then it is suggested to try re-inserting the sim card to the router and reapply the mobile configuration again.

Also, it is the best to upgrade the device to the latest firmware available on this link: RUT955 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)
