Hello.

You should have a SIM card with NB-IoT service activated. In the menu Network-> Mobile-> General, you should select the Service mode – 4G (LTE) only and Network Category - NB only. You may need a custom APN to connect, for this go to the Interface menu and select edit your mobile interface.
