SMS modem on RS232 (partial)

I'm currently only managing to get my PLC to send SMS via RS232 and a TRB245 when I set up the RS232 with a "full control" modem-setting. Unable to get it working with "partial control", what could cause this? Running 2.6 firmware.

Hello,

As there are no special settings to troubleshoot in the WebUI (only selection of full/partial control), could you send me your troubleshoot file (one with full control, another with partial control enabled). Also, send me any important information about your PLC settings if there is any. Send everything via private message.
