Hello All:

We are having occasional behavior from RUT950 units with FW 7.5 whereby after a reboot the GPRS does not connect.

If you are local to the router, you can manually reboot the GPRS module which fixes the issue.

However, if its a remote unit, how can the router recover if the GPRS module does not connect to the network?

Cheers,

John

Hello,

Regarding your issue it depends if there is GPRS available with good coverage at the device location.

If there is low signal quality it will switch to the best available service mode.

Also you can try to use the following options as per your requirements

For the remote device reboot :

You can reboot device remotely by using sms utilities feature in Teltonika devices :

Thank you.

Have a good day.
