FMB125 GPRS goes to DEACTIVATED and does not come back on despite good signal

Installing various FMB125, signal is not perfect here sometimes, when it is lost for a moment GPRS Status goes to DEACTIVATED, that seems normal. B. but when the signal goes back to "Excellent signal" GPRS status does not go to ACTIVATED again and I get no data from the GPS. Tried latest firmware and latest Configurator 1.6.4 B.3.25 R.5, that doesn't seem to be the issue. Thanks.
