Question

I can't add a device to rms returning these errors: 

• Device with identical serial number is already registered.
• Device with identical MAC address is already registered.

Can you please help me?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

 Please send me the serial number and mac address for the device and the troubleshoot file file for the device in DM.

Troubleshoot file could be downloaded from System>Administration>Troubleshoot.
