I have to reach to you again regarding the USB converter disconnection on RUTX12

On your advice I have just received a replacement RUTX12 from my French supplier who was great to change the device quickly and I am facing EXACTLY the same problem with the new device !
Batch 005, Latest FW for Modems and operating system.
Now both SIM modems are actually showing this issue - previously only SIM1 - which forced me to go back on my previous consumer-grade 4G router. I can only think that this HW issue is common for that product line. I am dependable on a stable connection and cannot keep on returning until I get a device that actually works according to nominal specs.
I need you to get back to me regarding this.
